We have 1 branch office (Polycom HDX6000) that connects to the head office (Polycom ViewStation FX).  When a remote user joins a  meeting using an eval version of M100, we observed the M100 volume is too soft relative to the branch office's volume. Both branch and head offices are having hard time hearing the M100 user whether connection is established via VPN or public network. We've maxed out the volume for the M100 user, used a headset instead of relying to the webcam's mic, made sure Windows volume is maxed out, but nothing solved the problem. If a 1-to-1 meeting is held between the polycom unit and M100, there's no problem bec the TV volume can be cranked up. Is there a fix/workaround for this? Thanks!
