I have read the Polycom write up regarding 12 digit off hook dialing and believe I have implemented correctly on a VVX, however, still getting truncated at 10 digits.  My digimap is as follows:

[9][1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|
[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|**x.T

We need to prefix with 91(NPA)(NXX)(Number).  I've done something incorrectly.

Thanks.  Have looked and reviewed the document and thought I had set up my Polycom DigiMap correctly, however still getting truncated at 10 digits.  Can you or someone review my digimap (included in my original question) as see if it is correct for 12 digit dialing?  Should be the first entry in the digimap.

Thank for your assistance.

Hello Bob M,

The above linked community's VoIP FAQ article, in addition to the publicly available Admin Guides, explains the original digitmap and various other examples.

It also shows how to utilize the Logging functionality to troubleshoot digitmap issues by showing which digitmap was matched.

It is also useful to specify what Call Server you are using, aka SIP or LYNC , as the server may simply overwrite the phones digitmap.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
