Trying to get a Polycom SoundPoint IP 331 phone to work with the Grandstream UCM6104 PBX. Almost there, but I can't get the 2-digit star codes to work when the phone is OFF the hook (e.g. when dialing on speaker).

 

For example, to get voicemail, we have to dial *98. I have tried adding *98, *9x, and *xx to the digitmap, but none of them work.

 

Here's my digitmap. Can someone help spot the conflict?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

I would upgrade to a currently supported version. Try UC Software 4.0.11 and we take it from there

Simple beginner's mistake -- I was missing the 'pipe' at the end of the last code. Didn't know that was necessary, but it fixed the problem.
