Phone is a SoundPoint !P 560, which can handle up to 4 different registrations according to its manual. Both lines are correctly configured per the manual, and line 2 works without a problem. Line 1 only works if I delete Line 2, but then works fine. The server for line 2 is sip.voipwelcome.com and the server for line 1 is sip2sip.info.

Line 1 (sip2sip) works just fine on X-lite. Of course it's the only account on X-lite.

Haven't found any indication that sip2sip will fail if there's another registration on the same phone.

Have checked the FAQ and searched the KnowledgeBase and the forum without success.

Can anyone help?

We encourage all users to use the Forum Search and doing so myself I found one of my own replies where a user had the same question => here <=. In addition it is always helpful to post the current software version you are using.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thank you for the link. I don't know how to edit configuration files. Can I simply back it up as a text file using the Web interface, edit it, then restore it?

I fixed the problem. Looking at the backup file, I saw that the provisioning server (an old VoIP provider) had a complete entry for me. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I added it back to my Polycom phone as the first line, moving the others to Lines 2 and 3. I don't know why, but that did it. Now they all work.

Thanks again.
