Hello we have been running 5.2 for a few days now. I have noticed on my vvx600 only inbound calls are listed despite the filter being set to all calls. I cannot find a way to display calls i have placed.

 

i have a customer at another site (the main receptionist) with a vvx500 and side cards running 5.2 as well. She reports she has no call history at all displayed despite having her filter set to all calls. we rebooted the phone and tried internal and external calls to and from her with no result in the call history.

 

The receptionist at my office has a vvx500 with a sidecar running 5.2 and her call history shows all of her calls.

 

trying to pin this down, any advice? all are running the exact same provisioning config files.

I will see what i can do, we order the phones from an online reseller, they may have support but that is definately not the first route i would like to go. i did find somethign i wanted to post.

 

on my vvx600 the call history updates on a reboot.

 

so if i place an outbound call and check the call  history it is not there. if i reboot the phone then the call i previously made appears in the call history. if a make another call it is not there until reboot.

 

its a bit odd because we have other phones with the same firmware/same template working just fine. is there any setting on the phone that could explain this behaivor?
