Trying to create a configuration file for the phones to pull the 5.4.2 D software from Polycoms ftp server but my vendor is telling me it is no longer on that server? Here is where I'm pointing...

 

http://downloads.polycom.com/voice/software/UC_Software_5_4_2_rts12_D_release_sig_split/

 

Is that not correct or is the file no longer on the server?

Both above FAQ post's have links to the currently freely available software releases. You may have an outdated link from a withdrawn version.

 

We also usually post within the community when a new software is released and the relevant link to it.

 

Please utilize an updated link to download your software.
