Hello jeremyarnoux,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Did you ever solve your initial issue => here <=

In order to answer your question please look at the FAQ posts:

Mar 07, 2013 Question: What does the message "Config file error. Error is <Hex #>"  / 0x4020 mean?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What is the relevance of the sip.cfg and phone1.cfg files?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

I am not sure what this Endpoint Manager is that you are using but the configuration is far to complex.

What are you trying to archive ?
