I completely reset my 650 and I have now lost my account on Polycom site. My IP address is gone. I know what it was and when I enter into the address bar it no longer exists inside Polycom

How do I get it back so I can  set up with my new Internedia VOIP service?

Help!

Hello westbridge300,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If your phone is in a Network with DHCP it will pick up a new IP Address from your DHCP Server.

You would then need to contact your VoIP Provider what the registration details for your account with their Service are.

A simple instruction is => here <=

For further support please contact your Polycom Reseller and/or Polycom Support (you may have to pay PPI)

Best Regards

Hello,

I am still not fully clear that I understand what your current issue is.

Are you saying that your formatted the File system and the Phone is now looking for a provisioning server (please ensure in the future to state clearly what "is looking" means) ?

If yes (FAQ)

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Do you not know the IP Address of the Phone?

If yes (FAQ)

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please bear in mind that this is not a free Support Community as stated => here <=

Your new VoIP Provider (as they are making money from you subscribing to their service) should assist you in setting up your Polycom Phone.

You have provided absolutely no information regarding your Internet setup (Router/Corporate Network) and therefore no other community member can even attempt to help you.

If your VoIP Provider is unable to do so then contact your Polycom Reseller and / or Polycom Support (you may have to pay PPI)

Best Regards
