My wife and I work in a office together. We each have a Google Voice phone number associated with our desk phones. My Voice number is the advertised office number for incoming calls. We want to be able to answer each other's incoming calls, when required.

Is it possible to add my number to her phone and her number to my phone on a second line in such a manner that we can pick up each others calls?

If not, are there other potential solutions.

Thanks!

Hello @Watts Family Tax ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Yes the VVX 250 can handle multiple lines but as you stated you are using Google most likely you are registered to them using the ObiHai version of our software.

I would assume you would need to work with Google to set this up for you as I doubt you have the credentials for the account and/or the Web Interface password for the phones.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffan,

Thank you for your reply. I am the Administrator of my business via G Suite where our phone numbers are registered. I believe I can access the web interface as I did this to install the OBI software during set up. If you have any thoughts on how I can do this set up on the web interface, I would be willing to try before reaching out to Google.

Thank you kindly,

Jon

Hello @Watts Family Tax

simply follow the Obi example and add another service provider:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=
