Adding contacts from outlook though lync to shoe Display name

Hello

Trying to figure out how to copy contacts from outlook to the VVX500 using
Lync client to show display name

The steps I am taking is in my Lync client im doing a search for someone ie "john smith" it find him with no problem and am able to pin him to my Frequent contacts, in lync it imports fine, Name shows up. BUT on the VVX it show only the number ie 416-555-5555, How do i get the VVX 500 to Show the NAME not the number??

Is there a better way of doing this that im missing?

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Looking at the UC Software  5.4.0A Release notes:

• VOIP-102740 The phone now displays the email address or username for external non-Lync contacts added to Outlook.

The above should be fixed.
