I have readed the Technical Bulletin 32265, i have readed >this FAQ<, and a lot of others documents, and no one specify How to add an H.323 license to my phone VVX150, or I have not found it yet.

 

May you tell me, please, how to add a H.323 license to my phone. I download the license .cfg from the Polycom web page, I have a FTP server, I have configured the server FTP on my phone, but i am not sure if I reboot it, it would work.

 

Thanks a lot for your answers, and sorry if my english isn't good enough

Hello Jorge,

 

setup a User on the FTP, assign a directory to that user, drop the license file into that directory and set the phone to boot from the FTP server.

 

The phone will find it's <mac>-license.cfg and apply the license.
