Hi,

 

I have followed a few of the guides and others posts to try and add the forward call softkey to the idle screen of both the IP450 and IP550 models. I have had some success in that the softkeys would appear but the phones would no longer be registered.

Currently i am running firmware 3.3.4 and bootrom 4.3.0. All i want is a working forward call softkey whether it be on the idle screen or in the features menu. Any advice would be appreciated. T.I.A

You have not really provided enough information on how you archiving to change the softkeys so there is not a lot people can suggest.
