To begin, I'm in several support queues using a broadsoft SIP server deployment. I use a VVX 500 phone on version 5.4.1 and found the custom tag:

acd.reg=”1”

which may be useful to me.

I was hoping I could make my agent sign in/sign out and unavaible buttons could be applied to both lines on my phone by doing something like this

acd.reg=”1,2”

or

acd.reg=”1”

acd.reg=”2”

This didn't seem to work and however I tried it my sign in/sign out buttons and available unavailable buttons only affected one of my lines.

I did read the below in the admin guide:

"ACD can only be configured on private lines. It is not supported on shared lines."

but please bear in mind neither line is shared or set up as a Shared call appearance. Both are individual profiles assigned directly and only to my phone.

Is there a working method of establishing the available/unavailable buttons and agent sign in/sign out buttons to work on two separate lines?

Hello Taylorp22,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 14, 2015 Question:Finding the default values for configuration parameters for Polycom Phones?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Checking the above I can only find the acd.reg parameter and no acd.x.reg variant of it.

I am referring to the tag seen in attached image.

found in http://community.polycom.com/polycom/attachments/polycom/VoIP/8977/1/PartnerConfigGuide_Polycom_UCSo...

on page 29.

Hope this helps and thank you.
