We are using personal contact directory (using MAC directory.xml) and brodsoft contact directory features on VVX polycoms
The 'Directories' menu (navigation path is Menu/Directories) lists down the following options
1. Broadsoft Directory
2. Recent calls
3. Favorities
4. Personal Contact Directory
Is there a way (or any config parameters) to change the sort order of these options?

Hello Dhanaji,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
To my knowledge this is fixed.
You would need to work with a Polycom reseller or a Polycom Sales Engineer to raise a feature request.
