Audible Hold Notice

Have client who has Soound Point IP 335 phones and would like to know how to have audible notification when someone is on hold.

Hello DCaire,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC server

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Stating the above the Admin guide should be consulted for any configuration questions.

 

Looking at an admin guide you will find the call.hold.localReminder parameter that should do what you are after.
