I have an VVX600, when a call comes in it answers it automatically and enters handsfree mode.

 

How can I turn this off?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC server.


If LYNC or Skype please provide Version details and if these are on premise of off premise

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Eltax, the reseller, who sold this phone back in March 2012 can provide you with first level support in case you are unable to determine the root cause.

 

3CX support should also be able to assist you and if all fails Eltax can raise a Pay Per Incident support ticket with Polycom for you for this out of w
