Hi,

We have VVX410(5.5.1.11526) phone with the expansion 2201-46350-001.

This phone have 2 SIP accounts.

We have a linekey on the expansion configured to park a call on a BFL type linekey.

When we retived the call, it will use the first avaialble sip line, no matter which account. It's possible to fix the used SIP account/line when we retrieved a parked call on BFL linekey ? Otherwise, if I put it bad on hold, the MOH could be the wrong one.

When a linekey type of line is used, we can use index to point on the right account.

Maybe that could be done with a EFK on the expansion, but I did not find any way to configure EFK on the expansion.

Regards,

Francis

Hello goblet,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Did you ever find a solution for => this <= ?

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 22, 2014 Question: How can I prevent the phone from automatically accessing a line when the Handset is lifted?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

or the call.stickyAutoLineSeize parameter. From the Admin Guide:

  • If set to 1, the phone uses sticky line seize behavior. This helps with features that need a second call object to work with. The phone attempts to initiate a new outgoing call on the same SIP line that is currently in focus on the LCD (this was the behavior in SIP 1.6.5). Dialing through the call list when there is no active call uses the line index for the previous call. Dialing through the call list when there is an active call uses the current active call line index. Dialing through the contact directory uses the current active call line index.

  • If set to 0, the feature is disabled (this was the behavior in SIP 1.6.6). Dialing through the call list uses the line index for the previous call. Dialing through the contact directory uses a random line index. Note: This may fail due to glare issues in which case the phone may select a different available line for the call.

In order to use an EFK on a Key you need to use a Speed Dial. Option 4 in this post => here <= explains this.
