BLF 550 Issue

I am using the BLF with UC Software 4.0.3 RevF and BroadSoft we see the following two issues.


1. If it BLF line rings we cannot retrieve or see the status of an existing call on hold.

2. If the BLF users is part of a hunt group instead of one call we will see the number depending on how many users we monitor for example if we monitor 2 users it will show on the top 1/3.

Are you using any of the below parameters:




If yes then this may be a know issue already fixed in UCS 4.0.4 which should be released on the 30th of April 2013.


This is a proposed date only and subject to change.


If you still experience issues after upgrading the software please work with your Polycom reseller.
