BLF Blinking on Early not Working

When my VVX phone receives an early dialog state the LED goes solid red rather than blinking green.

Attached is a zip file containing the log showing the early state and the configuration file.  Line 153 in the log file is when the early was received.

Re: BLF Blinking on Early not Working

Hello @Stephen Norman ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The community is not a replacement for our official support organisation. I can see you also tried to open a ticket 33854533.

As outlined by our service agent the phone does no longer have a warranty as it was purchased back in 2016

We do not even know if this ever worked or what the call server is.

If you require any support please work with WESTCON GROUP EUROPEAN OPERATIONS LIMITED as they can purchase PPI / Pay Per Incident for you so you can work with our support organisation.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
