Hello,

I think I've exhausted your forums for the answer to this, but I may be wrong of course.

On my VVX 410, with UC Software Version 5.5.0.20556, I have my "Line 1" account going to server A, registering as extension 201, and my "Line 2" account going to server B, registering as extension 9000. Now server A has many users, with extensions ranging from 200-400. I can create a BLF key as Normal or Automata, and they light up as expected when the user is on a call. However, I would like to also add some BLF keys for users on server B, which have an extension range of 7000-9500, but when I do this, they don't work, clearly because they're trying to register through the "Line 1" account which points to server A, and not the "Line 2" account that points to server B.

How can I have BLF keys that show me if an extensions are busy on two different servers like this?

Great, thanks for settling that for me. Take care.
