BLF Notification while part of a hunt group - Firmware v. 4.0.1

Phone type: Polycom 550

Firmware Version: 4.0.1

Running Broadworks R19

We have a user that is a member of a Simultaneous Ring Hunt Group, and also monitoring members of the hunt group using busy lamp field.

After a recent upgrade from firmware version 3.3.4 to 4.0.1, the user has noticed that they are now getting notifications during incoming hunt group calls that appear like an additional call in their caller ID (it's a notification showing that one of the monitored users is getting a call).

They did not get this notification on 3.3.4, is it possible to disable this on 4.0.1?

Thank you!

Hello ZCutler,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Please consult the Call Parameters section in the UCS 4.0.1 Admin Guide.

Broadworks has special features to not log a call on the phone if it was answered elsewhere. In addition your UCS 4.0.1 is completely outdated as the latest supported Version is UCS 4.0.7.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
