BLF and call pickup

We are using Polycom vv400.


We have the busy lamp setup and working using voipfone.


However we have an issue where we are unable to pickup another user that is ringing.


our system users acountnumber*extension


How can we make the BLF act as a pickup as well if a call us put on hold or if a user isn't there?]

The title Polycom Employee & Community Manager is a community setting and does not reflect my role. I am just a simple volunteer in the community like everybody else. My official "day" Job is 3rd Level support at Poly but I am unable to provide official support via the community.
