I have a VVX500 running 5.2.0 software.

 

The BLF lines will show caller ID and ring if the VVX500 is idle. If on a call, only the caller ID shows up and no ringing.

 

Is it possible to get a call-waiting tone or some type of audible alert for BLF lines ringing while the phone is in an active call state?

 

Below is the config in place
