Using VVX400, VVX401 phones and UC 5.9.5.0614 fw I am looking for a means of configuring BLF keys to do this. Before describing the action these keys are currently configured like so:

<attendant.resourceList attendant.resourceList.1.address="3091" attendant.resourceList.1.label="Label 1" attendant.resourceList.1.type="automata" ...

1) If 3091 is idle then pressing this key provides the necessary blind transfer (with type="automata')

2) This key then shows busy - also as wanted.

3) However on pressing the key again (ie while busy) all I want the phone to do is dial 3091.

Which is what would happen if type="normal". I have been completely unable to find a means of doing this under UC5, but it was supported under UC4. Any help would be appreciated - J
