Hi,

I'm using VVX300 with app ver 5.0.2.  For shared line when I pick up a hand set, screen go back to dial input screen every 15 second.
Even if in the middle of search contact. I have to do from first step on every 15 second.  It does not happen on single line.
Does someone one has any idea to prevent to happen it ?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

This is not something I have heard before and would require our support team to look at.

 

I suggest you upgrade to the latest UCS 5.1.2 first and if the issue still occurs please take a video of it and provide the phones logs and configurations when you raise a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.
