Noticed a strange problem that was ignored until recently when client complained.

The background image will not always remain static.

Ocasionally the background image will revert back to one of the default images that ships with the phones.

We are using a mix of polycom 550 and 670's and the issue seems to occur on both.

Using latest and greatest firmware 4.1.0

Hi nbrophy

Is this happening after a reboot or just randomly?

have you tried setting

<bg.hiRes.color.bm bg.hiRes.color.bm.1.em.name="RQ160x320EM.jpg"

but instead of "RQ160x320EM.jpg" set to "http://ip-address-or-FQDN-of-provisioning-server/folder-of-specified-device-type/RQ160x320EM.jpg" ?

I personally use the full path including FQDN of where the images are located and have not come accross this problem.....

Let us know how you get on?

Cheers

Dave
