Barge in softkey for Polycom VVX 300 (Firmware 5.4.1)

Hi

 

What is the process for creating a barge in softkey for a VVX 300.  Have tried variations without any luck.  Would like to prompt the user for the number to barge in to.

I have found that page many times before but was not sure if that was the correct one.  

 

This is what I have entered so far

 

%SOFTKEY_3_ACTION% $Fbargein$$FSelect$$FSoftKey2$

%SOFTKEY_3_ENABLE% 1

%SOFTKEY_3_IDLE% 1

%SOFTKEY_3_LABEL% Barge in

 

When I use it activates *98.

Hello BSMAJoJa,


Apart from the fact that these are case sensitive aka BargeIn I am unable to test this myself in my role as a Moderator.

 

You simply "simulate" the sequence of keys you would normally manually press. Just create a config file and import it to test.

 

If you still have issues open a support ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
