Hello

 

I am hoping someone can help me with a small issue I am trying to resolve.

 

I bought 250 Polycom VVX 310 phones for a voip deployment here in our offices.  I am trying to find how I can set the blind transfer as the default on these phones - can't seem to find it anywhere so users have been doing this on a per-call basis.

Hello Franko,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

Feb 26, 2016 Question:Since upgrading the Software I no longer have a Blind Transfer Option ?

Resolution: UC Software 5.3.0 changed the default to a Blind Transfer and pressing the Transfer Button as explained => here <= offers additional selection.

The firmware running on the phones seems to be 4.1.7.1210

From FW version 5.3 it's possible to change the default transfer type (via menu/web-interface) and long-press during the call to choose the transfer per-call.
