Hi there,

 

we used to have a blind button when transfering a call but since we moved to software 5.4.1.14510 (was previously on v5.1.1.2986) (and also tried 5.4.2.2834). Any way to get that button back as it was really usefull!

Feb 26, 2016 Question:Since upgrading the Software I no longer have a Blind Transfer Option ?

Resolution: UC Software 5.3.0 changed the default to a Blind Transfer and pressing the Transfer Button as explained => here <= offers additional selection.
