This is the 3rd time that I am reminding you to post at least the currently used software version when posting a new topic.
In addition we do not even know yet what phone model you are utilizing or what configuration you are using.
I suggest you open a service ticket if you are entitled or open a Pay Per Incident ticket / PPI.
