Hi,

we have 1 Soundstation IP 6000.  That's the only SIP telefon in the network. So we don't have a boot server. I configured the Phone manually. But booting of the phone needs more the 10 minutes. Is this normal? How can I accelerate the process?

Hello Ecki,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Resolution: Please check here

 

Usually pointing the Phone within the provisioning server to 0.0.0.0 should speed up the boot process.
