Hello, I am testing a CX5500 with our Broadworks platform, I can not make video calls, in traces I can not see video codecs, so does the CX550 can make video calls with Broadworks platform or only Lync platform?

Where can i find the SIP firmware versions matrix for this CX5500?

Hello Jesus,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The CX5500 is a kind of hybrid device.

 

  • The CX5500 360 degree camera works via the USB cable with the LYNC / Skype for Business client.

 

  • The Phone part is either SIP or LYNC / Skype for business telephony device and does not have any video capabilities as such.
