Server: asterisk 1.8.5

Polycom firmware: 4.0.2b-split

Bootrom upgrader: 4.4.0

Problem:

Steps to reproduce:

- Using polycom 331 phone

- Receive call, line 1 rings

- Answer line 1

- Hit line 2 button, place a call, remote party picks up

(now there is a call on both line keys)

- Hit hold button

- Hit line 1

** Call on hold is not retrieved

Also.

If you do not use the hold button, and instead just hit line 1, you can retrieve the call on hold.  When you specifically hit the hold button, and then try to pick up line 1, nothing will happen.

When doing a sip debug on the call server side, nothing is received when hitting line 1 and both calls are in the held state as described in the first post.

When watching the sip debug and having not hit the hold button, the polycom sends the proper sip messages.

Hello Markm,

please raise this via your Polycom Reseller and provide all logs files, a Wireshark Trace, above scenario and if possible a Version where this was still working.

Best Regards
