Bypass Do Not Disturb remotely

Our existing Alcatel system has a Do Not Disturb feature that also allows certain people to bypass it on set phones if they need to get through to the user in an emergency.

I don't want to disable Do Not Disturb on our IP501's however is there a way that someone can bypass and still get a call through?

Thanks

Re: Bypass Do Not Disturb remotely

Hi,

This would be a very cool features. Having a sip header that will accept the call even if it's on DND. Could it be added to a features request list ?

Hello David,

I am unable to raise feature requests myself and you or the original poster would need to work with a Polycom sales engineer.
