Our existing Alcatel system has a Do Not Disturb feature that also allows certain people to bypass it on set phones if they need to get through to the user in an emergency.
I don't want to disable Do Not Disturb on our IP501's however is there a way that someone can bypass and still get a call through?

To my knowledge no as we send a 503 or similar back to the server.
