I was installing a couple of CCX 500 and I would like to have Teams and a regular SIP trunk on the phone. I cannot find how to configure the phone for this and have received mixed answers on if it is supported from Poly via the telephone. Does anyone have the definitive answer?
At present, the CCX500 is either Teams or Skype for Business only and no hybrid feature is possible.
We cannot discuss future software Versions or any roadmap within the Community.
Poly, a US-based company, cannot share any future release dates or new features due to the requirement of non-disclosure agreement / NDA prior to this.
