The RSS feed says that v. 5.9.12.1111 of UC software has been released for the CCX 500. The update is not fetched from the Polycom update server via the CCX web interface. When will the upgrade be available via the Polycom update server? Where can I download the files in the meantime?

It will be removed as we removed the software. Once we are ready to post the new software we will out up a post about it within the community.

Looks like UCS 5.9.12.1122 is out and I was able to update via the web interface.  I tried several attempts to update via usb key before that and it wouldn't go.

was the phone in Teams mode when you tried this via USB? How did you place the file on the USB Stick?

The phone was in Teams mode and showing in the Teams admin console. By the way, now that I've upgraded the phone to 5.9.12.1122, the Teams Admin Console is telling me that I should upgrade the phone to 1.0.0.2535 which seems like a downgrade.

 

The usb was fat32 formatted and the files were unzipped to the root.  Also tried exfat and ntfs with a couple different usb drives.

our partner Microsoft has not yet updated their USer-Agent filter so this is a known issue on the Microsoft end.

My CCX 500 is not registering in the Teams Admin portal. I opened a ticket with MS and after a very long time they came back with:

 

"I analyzed the logs and I see that the Polycom version is not in our allowed list. The version should be 5.9.12.1111 and currently it is Proline1.0 5.9.12.1122 03-Feb-20 05:24"

 

However I did see someone in this thread mention they are running 5.9.12.1122 and their phone is registered in the Teams Admin portal.

 

I can't find a download link to version 5.9.12.1111. Is this still available? Or should 5.9.12.1122 register in the Teams admin portal?

If you use the phone's web portal, you should be able to download the current software.
