i am having an issue with an auto attendant and DTMF tones on the polycom cx600 device.

when calling an auto attendant directly there is no issue, however. when i call a party, than try to conference in a number that has an auto attendant, the DTMF tones do not seem to work and the attendant will not recognize any of the key strokes. again, this only seems to happen when conferencing in a third party that has an auto attendant.

Hello Ross,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to provide the currently used software version when asking questions like this.

As the CX phone runs a Microsoft provided software and the LYNC server is a Microsoft product I would suggest to raise this question in a Microsoft community.

It does not sound like a hardware issue so above is your best option. If this all fails please raise a ticket with Microsoft Support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
