We have several CX 600's and 2 are behaving unusual. When the phone rings and the users answers it switches straight to speaker. If the user presses the speaker button to try to return to the handset the call is ended (cut off)
I have followed the phone reset procedure without any success in solving the issue. Thanks in advance. PaulB
