I have problems with the microphones of the Ploycom CX100 in connection with the Netphone (SwyxIT) Software of Telekom. The microphones do not function, although I can correctly configure them. I have tried it already with several notebooks, it is the same problem over and over again. Even the Telekom engineer could not help me.
Is there a trick, patch, hotfix etc. to solve this problem?

The CX100 is a OCS / LYNC dedicated phone and all drivers are provided via the Operating system and/or OCS / LYNC client.
