We have a total of about 40 of the CX100's. Our organization is about 200 people. We regularly use the CX100 with MS Communicator, but have the following odd behavior;
Sometimes a computer which has regularly used a particular CX100 instead hooks up to an arbitrary other CX100. The user expects it will work with Communicator instantly. Instead, the computer seems to go through the process of finding & installing drivers.
The Software for the CX100 product is provided by our Partner Microsoft and I would recommend to bring this to their attention.
