I have 2 CX500 phones that when you pick up the handset has no dial tone. The speakers comes on and has a dial tone but when you pick up headset you hear the dial tone for like 1 second and back to no dial tone. I replaced the phone for another I know to be working and it works fine. But these 2 in particular have this issue. Does something need to be updated on these phones?
In order to resolve this issue I suggest to contact Polycom support directly or work with your Polycom reseller.
