CX500 - how to increase dial timeout when entering long numbers
We are using both CX500s and CX600s with Lync - firmware version 4.0.7577.296. We are getting complaints from our users that when they try to dial long (usually international) numbers that the phone frequently time out and try to submit the number before they have nanaged to finish entering it. This seems to be a general problem especially when reading a number from, say, a web page or a document and typing it into the phone. Does anyone know how I can extend the time out value on these phones so that the users have a more realistic amount of time between key presses to get the full numbers entered?
