Hello, we are getting ready to implement some new Polycom CX600's connecting to Lync. We are trying to use our current headsets, which are Plantronics HW251 from our current phones. This particular headset is on the compatibility list for the CX600.

e are able to make/receive phone calls using the normal handset without issue. But when we try to use the Plantronics headset, we hear nothing from the ear piece and the person on the other end hears nothing from us.

Is there something we can do to make these headsets work with the new phones?

Thanks--Don

Hello Don,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You may want to work with Plantronics support as the adapter cables from your prior phone cable may be incompatible with the CX range of phones.
