Hello,
We are aware that the CX600 can be powered using the PoE port or an optional AC power adapter.
The question is: what happens if you use both at the same time, e.g. for backup power in case one of them fails? Will this work or will it damage the device? Also, which power source will be used?
Thank you,
Bart

Hello Bart,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Power Module will automatically take precedence when PoE is present as well.
If the Power is lost the Phone will switch to PoE but will reboot to do so.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
