As part of moving our services to MS office 365, we are also contemplating upgrading to a hosted Lync 2010 (soon to be lync 2013) VOIP solution - will our CX700 IP with MS OCS still work or even more preferable, can they be upgraded?

Thanks

Hello samiam,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The CX700 like other CX Phones work with LYNC2010 and LYNC2013 if the latest available software is installed.

The Official Microsoft / Polycom Page and FAQ can be found => here <=

For more details please contact your Polycom reseller.
