Hello internetexpress01,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Polycom Support page contains the CX700 User guide => here <= and shows an example on Page 1-9 how to logon to your Domain if the details are added locally.

The same functionality is being used when using Better Together via USB.

Your LYNC provider should be able to give you the relevant details.

Hello internetexpress01,

The are cerain prerequisits for a CX phone to work in your network.

I would suggest you start by verifying these aginst the deployment guide => here <= .

If you still encounter issues after this it is down to your LYNC provider to assist you with your network or you can purchase Polycom professional services in order to set this up for you.

I would also suggest to check via search engines as various blogs describe how to set this up or contact Microsoft support.
