For call center setup, why would I not want to use the model 410 phone? Why is the 500 series a better option? Is the 400 series not capable of performing in a call center? What issues might I expect? Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
This completely depends on your own preference aka how much display space etc. do you and your users need.
A VVX 101/201 are very basic and the VVX3xx is monochrome only.
A VVX4xx has a colour display against a VVX50x or 60x which have touch.
I would purchase the 401/411 or 501 or 601
