Hello all I have searched high and low for an answer to this question

We have CX600 with Lync 2010,  here is the issue and ask.

When an external call comes in and alerts the cx600 only 1 line of information is displayed in this case the Callers Name, once the call is answered the display changes to two line showing Callers Name and Callers Number.  Not a big deal for most calls but All Cellular calls Come in showing only the provence name and people are reluctant to answer if they dont know.  Is there a way to have both name and number show during the alerting phase of a call ?

Hello Daniel,

The CX Phone Software itself as the LYNC Call Server is provided by Microsoft so your query is best addressed or raised in one of their community's.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
