Hello,

 

I would like to know is it possible to have same button to park and retrieve the call on phones

 

Device : VVX 500- VVX 600

Firmware : 5.4.4.3041

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I would assume this completely depends on your yet unknown SIP switch.

The above explains how to do this using Asterisk which uses 2 or more keys.
