I have been a lurker on here for the past two months after starting a new role testing Polycoms.

May I thank many of the posters on here for some great advice already.


May I trouble people on a quick question regarding CLI presentation?


I have a customer who experiences high call volume with multiple handsets in a ring all group, which in turn are provisioned with 2 lines per extension. Not my solution may I add !

The customer has asked if the first CLI can stay presented, rather than being overwritten by the second incoming call CLI. I have suggested a range of other options to the customer, as I was not aware of a method of altering the priority of CLI presentation. If I am wrong I am open to suggestions.


The handsets used are 330's and 550's on 3.2.0 SIP.
